I’m a vegetarian, can I do this?

While most of the recipes include animal protein, there is an option to do this program as a vegetarian.  The Clean & Lean Challenge is first and foremost a coaching program, so once you have all the information, you can decide which route will make most sense for you.

What are dates for this program?

What if I can’t make some of the live coaching calls?

The Kick-Off Orientation webinar will be recorded and added to your membership site.  All the coaching calls are recorded for you to listen to and download when it’s convenient for you.

Not necessarily.  The Clean & Lean Challenge is first and foremost a re-education and a coaching program.  This means that YOUR proactive participation is required in order to be fully engaged in the process. 

So many of us just want someone to tell us what to do, and then will easily blame it on others when things don’t work out the way we want.  By taking responsibility for your experience during the Clean & Lean Challenge, you start to learn the importance of owning your choices, and we become co-creators in actively getting you healthy, clean, and lean!
